Baby Shower Express #011: TEArrific Party!

Hi,

It's Baby Shower Express time once again and for this issue, we're brimming with tea baby shower ideas!

If you're opting for a tea shower, then it's time to bring out your best china, silverware and linen. You could make pink the dominant color of your shower if mom-to-be is having a girl, and blue if otherwise. Or if you don't want to go for those babyish colors, then decorating in green and brown will also be fine.

For your shower activities, you can have a baby TEA-Shirt design contest, wherein the winning shirt will be picked by soon to be mommy. You can also go for girly activities like a hair styling contest, wherein your guests need to style the hair of some baby dolls and have mom-to-be choose the group which created the best hairstyle. And lastly, you can brew some of mommy's favorite tea (the more kinds the better), and have the guests guess which kind of tea it is. That should bring out any tea expert in the room.

Of course, traditional baby shower games like diaper race, name game, etc, will also work nicely in any tea shower party.

To complete this TEArrific party, prepare some sandwiches, scones, pastries and of course your favorite brew of tea to wash everything down. Be sure to prepare coffee and other beverages if you have non-tea drinkers in the house.
