How to get and use our examples of baby shower invitations:

As already mentioned above, you can use these examples of baby shower invitations as just that, a reference that you can use to make your actual invitation, which can look nearly like this or maybe quite different. Or you can always use these as templates of your invites, meaning this will be your base template and you can just add your specific party details. And before we go on, as with our other pages, you can find three types of samples here, one is a sample ready to use invitation, another is a thank you card, and last is a blank sample card, which we think is the most generic and therefore versatile of the three templates. This makes it a great alternative just in case there is no exact card made for your specific printable need. More on that later.

All said samples are saved as images, and you can get them by going to each of the sample, doing  a right click on it, and following the saving instructions that will follow. And once you have a copy of these templates locally, then it's now time to edit and add your pertinent details.

You have the option to use your favorite image editor to edit these templates and add your party info, or you can always do it the way we recommend it, which is to use Microsoft Word. But before you proceed, firstly, decide which template will work for you. The ready to use invite is perfect if the way you picture your invitation is a matter of filling up certain fields with your party details. The blank card is the way to go if you plan to come up with your own invitation wordings, which you can easily do with said template. Now since it already comes with a background design, you can concentrate your efforts on just coming up with your wordings and enticing your guests to RSVP.

Now once you finalized which of these example of baby shower invitations you will be using for your template,  just insert your chosen template in a blank Microsoft Word, insert a text box on top of said image, and you can type in the necessary info. Now if you are making use of the ready to use invite, we highly suggest you insert one text box per field, since this will really make it easy for you to navigate and make sure that whatever text you input will be aligned with the text that comes with the template by default.

Now we did mention that you can also use the blank card for your different printable needs, and you can indeed. Need a name tag? On the above instructions, instead of invitation wordings, you can just add the guest name and voila, that's your name tag right there. Now since this template is kinda big as a name tag, you will need to do this extra step, which is to adjust the height and the width by highlighting the image, going to the format tab, and adjusting the height and width fields on the upper right corner. That should help you reach the perfect size of a name tag, or if you have another printable in mind, then of your favor tag or whatever printable you have in mind.
