Invitations
One great way of starting this princess theme is to use a baby sock or a baby shoe as your "invitation card”. Place a rolled up paper in your shoe/sock, which will contain the invitation details, and the said text: “To Princess <Name of Invitee>, you are invited to a grand ball where it has been foretold that the birth of the long lost princess who could fit this shoe/sock is being celebrated. We will gladly await your note of attendance, and will expect you on the grand day”.
Another amazing invitation idea is to create an antique looking mirror out of a cardboard and tin foil, wherein the said mirror will show the picture of the mom to be, plus some caption which will say something like “A princess that will be most beautiful is waiting to be born. You are invited to partake in the celebration of her birth, or something similar.
If you find those cute, but you prefer giving an invitation that will be useful as far as your guests are concern, why don’t you bake them some cookies, shaped as a crown. Create little crown cookies, and place 5-10 cookies in a bag, with a note tied to its neck. The note will indicate the invitation details, from the dress code, to the place where the “grand ball” will be held. Or you could just bake a giant crown cookie, wherein all invitation details is icingd on top of it. Either way will result to a delicious invitation sent to your guests, which will definitely make them look forward to your grand baby shower celebration.
Of course, the princesses who will join you need to be grandly attired as possible. Tell them to wear anything that makes them feel like a queen or a princess. A woman definitely needs to feel this one time or another, and a baby shower is surely one of those times!

Find My Prince Charming (Individual Activity)
This activity is only good if there’s a sufficient number of women in a relationship in your group, and that they haven’t brought their partner with them.
The photos of each guest’s partner should be placed in a bulletin board of some sort, somewhere where your guests could easily peruse them at their leisure. Each of the photo should have a corresponding number, to make game implementation easier.
Each of your guests should describe the personality of her prince, and with those tips, the other guests should be able to match the correct “prince” to the right princess, by looking at each photo. The princess who has the best ability to do prince and princess matching will be declared Princess of the day, and will win a grand prize.
Tip:

If you decided to include this as one of your activities, then please make sure to include a note in your invitation that your guests should bring pictures of their hubby/boyfriend with them. Also, you have to collect those photos once your guests arrive, with the promise that you will return them after the shower.

Queen Mother-to-Be (Individual/Group Activity)
If you decided to make this a group activity, you could start by dividing your guests into groups. The number depends on how many set of materials you have prepared.
Provide cardboards, colored paper, foil, pencils, pens, crayons, stapler, glue, and other materials that you feel should be made available to your guests so that they could create a crown that is fit for a queen.
Here's the goal of this activity. Without measuring her royal highness (mom-to-be), your guests should be able to create a crown that will best fit her head. The prettiness of the crown will play secondary on this particular activity. Winner depends on mom-to-be’s verdict.
If the Socks Fit (Group Activity)
The idea of the game is to play a somewhat reverse Cinderella, and instead of shoes, socks will be used. Why reverse? In the story, the fact that the shoe fit Cinderella made her a princess. In our game, we already have princesses, but we want to find the right socks that could fit them.
You will need certain number of dolls for this activity. The number depends on how many groups you have. You also need a set of boxes that will contain different clothing articles, from diapers, clothes, socks, and the like. The “right” socks will be hidden in the midst of all these items.
Each group will draw lots so as to determine the theme of the “right” socks. The theme could be related to color, the character that appears in the socks, etc. Each group should have its own theme.
The players' task is to find the socks from the boxes, and fit them to the doll. This will be done by all minus one member, since that one member is the only person who could fit the "right" socks to the doll (and hence, need to be on standby). The group who finds the right socks in shortest time possible, wins the prize!
Tip: Make sure that the socks are really scattered and you have red herrings in those boxes, so as to make the finding of the right socks more challenging and interesting.
Fairy Godmothers (Individual Activity)
It is expected of fairy godmothers to give gifts and the reason for said gift to the newly-born princess. Hence, you could requests your guests to do the same, wherein they will come in front of the group, and discuss the gift they brought for the “princess” or the mom-to-be, and the reason behind each gift. During the explanation, each of the godmothers should make it as godmother-like as possible, for them to be chosen as THE Fairy Godmother. The relevance of the gift as far as the mom-to-be is concern, will also play a big part for being chosen as THE One. The judge, of course, is none other than mother-to-be.
Tip: This activity is a great replacement for the usual gift unwrapping portion. This will make an AMAZING conclusion to your baby shower!
