Invitations
This is a very intimate and personal theme, and this fact should be reflected in every way in your invitation. Hence, let us start with our first invitation idea, which is a simple yet warm invitation that will contain a photograph of mom-to-be (a pregnant mom-to-be, if possible), beside all the invitation details.
Another idea is to send your invitation via compact discs, which when played will show mom-to-be inviting her guests to her baby shower party.
If that's not personal enough for you, how about creating something like a scrapbook, which will include all the personal details about mom-to-be, down to the invitation details of the baby shower being thrown for her. Of course, her photograph, pregnant or otherwise, should be part of this scrapbook invitation. That should give you enough options of warmth-full invitations for this precious moment party.
For their clothes, ask your guests to wear their memorable clothes, the better if they could tie up those memories to mom-to-be. They could also wear shirts with pictures of their family and the like, since this should be a precious moment party for everybody!

How Old Am I? (Individual Activity)
The goal of this activity is to guess the age of the baby in the picture. We suggest that when you invite your guests, include a note in the invitation for them to bring one of their baby’s pictures.
As your guests arrive, collect their baby pictures, and tack them in a board or something similar. Number each of them so as to make the game implementation easier.
It is important for your guests to know the name of the other people in your shower, before they could start guessing. The player with the most number of correct guesses (the pictures they brought will be excluded of course), wins the prize.
Belly Casting (Group Activity)
This is one activity that will really bring everybody up close and personal, especially with mother-to-be. Belly casting kits are available on many online stores, so getting one should not be a problem. Mom-to-be could choose to do the belly casting before the party (with dad-to-be of course), and just bring the belly cast out for this activity.
The idea of this activity is for everybody to decorate mom-to-be's belly cast. You and mom-to-be could decide a theme of the design before the party, or just decide one with your guests during the shower. Either way should lead to a fun-filled activity, not to mention, a precious moment for everybody.

Precious Moments (Individual/Group Activity)
Now's the time to test everybody's knowledge about mother-to-be. You could decide whether to make this a pencil and paper game or something out of a TV game show, with the buzzer all. However, it is important to identify special events which happened to mother-to-be, to be guessed by her friends. This should be a fun memory lane activity, that will remind some of your guests about a special time or two with mother-to-be, or a fountain of information for other guests who were not lucky enough to be part of the experience.
The person or the group with the most number of correct answers to your trivia questions, will be declared ULTIMATE friend(s) of mom-to-be!
Scrapbooking (Group Activity)
This will be another activity wherein there will be no winner and prizes, except for the fun and shared experience with mom-to-be and all the other guests.
You will need to prepare photographs (you could also opt to print some pictures from the shower party itself), art supplies, glue, scissors, and other things that you will need to work on this precious scrapbook. Assign a part to each person/group, so as to give everybody a role on this activity. You could decide whether to let mother-to-be join, or just leave her sitting pretty, while the rest of you work on this special remembrance. Be prepared if mother-to-be sheds a tear or two once you present her with this exceptional gift.

Baby Shower Favor and Prizes
Photo album/frame - your guests have their own precious moments. Give them favors that would showcase them.
Solo picture of your guests (or with mom-to-be) - be sure to take a lot of pictures during the party, and have your printer ready, since you want to send your guests home with their very own kodak moment.
