Baby Shower Theme Fairy

Invitations
A rubber ducky fairy is definitely one of the options when we're talking about fairy baby shower invitations. We are great fans of rubber ducky invitations because its neck is the perfect place to hang your invitation letter. And just decorate it with sheer wings, and you have an instant creative fairy invitation!
If that didn't interest you a bit, then why not send a butterfly-shaped cardboard, which is covered by another layer of butterfly shape, but this time, made of sheer material. Just tie the two with ribbons, and there you go, a very pretty invitation indeed. Just decorate the cardboard with babies and other related stuff, and you're invitation is almost ready to go.
Good, but not good enough? How about sending a magic wand(s) to your guests? Just create the star using a paper that shows babies and other baby articles. And the star's role doesn't stop there, since the same star-folded paper contains all the necessary details about your shower.
If that didn't meet your expectation, you could still make use of the same idea, but with a different twist. Instead of a big one, make many small wands, and place them inside a baby bottle. A rolled up paper could go in the middle of those wands, which will of course, contain your invitation details.
Want cookie invitation instead? Then we suggest that you bake cookies shaped like a butterfly. Place 5-10 cookies in a bag, tie it up and attach a note, and there you go, a gift ala invitation for your friends.
With your invitation taken care of, it's now time to discuss what your guests should wear for the party. Dressing up like Tinkerbell is an absolutely amazing idea, but they could come wearing anything that uses sheer and other delicate materials, and it will still be a great addition to your FUNtastic fairy baby shower!

Baby Rescue (Group Activity)
You will need a lot of dolls (or paper dolls) for this game.
A fairy has stolen different babies, and hid them around the house. The task of your guests is to rescue as much babies as they could, within a certain time limit.
The group with the most number of rescued babies, wins the game.
Fairy Catcher (Individual/Group Activity)
Picture or figures of fairies are tied to a cardboard, together with other baby articles. The cardboard is hanging from a rope, and is being lowered and raised simultaneously. The idea of the game is to "catch" as much fairies as possible, which could only be done when the board is lowered. Since the time when the board is low enough to reach is pretty short, your guests need to make sure that they don't waste precious time pulling down baby articles, and just concentrate on catching those fairies.
The person/group with the most caught fairies, wins the game. Just in case you need to break a tie or two, you might also want to factor in the number of baby articles caught. The less baby articles, the better.
Babies, Not Changelings (Group Activity)
Fairies are popular in stealing babies and replacing them with changelings. And this is what this game is all about.
You should have a lot of balloons, wherein a picture of a baby or a changeling is contained inside. The amount of baby pictures and changelings should be the same. Make sure that both balloon types are mixed together, so one cannot differentiate which one has what.
This game will be played like a typical relay, wherein a representative of each group will choose a balloon, pop it, and place the content in a tray or a box. Once s/he returns to the starting point, the next person in line does the same thing, until there are no more balloons left.
The group with the most number of babies, will be the big winner.
Crayon Blowing (Group Activity)
You will need candles, crayons, and papers for this activity. The number depends on how many groups you have.
This activity will challenge your guests' creativity and blowing ability. The goal is to "draw" something that could be related to both fairy and baby, but instead of using pencils like what any normal person will do, each group is required to heat their crayons on their candles until it melts, drop the crayon meltings on their paper, and blow and blow like there's no tomorrow. Of course, they need to blow in the right direction, so they could "draw" their picture correctly.
Mom-to-be gets to judge the winning piece, and ready, get set, go, start blowing!
